A typical sight in the Greek isles, dozens of sun-drying Octopus, on lines streched between white-washed homes near the marinas. The Octopus, once sun-dried, is served with home-made virgin olive oil and fresh local herbs.
This is from Erechtheion, Acropolis, Athens, Greece. It resembles Greek dress because of the way the architecture contains statues. The statues have the long, draped garments that the Greeks normally wore and the hair pulled back in the same style.
