Tourists come to Evia to enjoy the many natural beauties of the island, to walk, cycle, relax and to swim from the many uncrowded bays and beaches which adorn the island. Evia holds many attractions for the birdwatcher, those interested in flora and fauna, photography and painting, as well as those who want to enjoy the quality of life which no longer exists on many of the busier islands.
The single storey house, built some 80 years ago, provides 70 sq.m. of accommodation and is set on a substantial plot of 860 sq.m. The house is habitable and during the past five years has been improved with a new stone fireplace, a modern bathroom, extension and tiling of the bedroom and new floors throughout.
