MATERNITY BAG LIST
A lot of the items are unnecessary. This is my 3rd pregnancy and my first two I was barely prepared. They give a lot at the hospital, but I prefer using my own things especially when it comes to hospital gowns and pillows that thousands of people have used. Diapers aren’t necessary or pads, but its nice to have quality items. Clorox wipes is a must to wipe down a lot of the areas you’ll be touching. A beautiful maxi dress is something nice post labor when going home. I prefer grip slides than the socks they give. A camera for polaroids, loose clothing, makeup for a little pick me up. Two sets of baby clothing, depending on their size. Breast pump for the excess milk! Phone chargers, a document folder, thank you notes for staff, snacks etc.
