Joseph Lee is a self-taught artist who primarily focuses on faces and the emotions that inhabit them. Lee manipulates them through segmented brush strokes, color choice, and volume, converging them into a complete and balanced whole. The artist hopes that his unique art can act sort of like mirrors, allowing the viewers to experience themselves.

U.K.-based artist Jason Anderson creates abstract urban landscapes using pixelated patches of pastel-toned oil paint. I started with abstract art around six months ago, and I'm completely addicted. This way of creating is totally freeing, and allows me to express my emotions in a completely unconfined way. It really lets my creativity loose. Through different digital techniques I create images that focus on colors and emotions, and they are pretty much open for others to interpret whatever way they want. They might feel joy or sorrow, see outer space or the sunrise. Each to their own.

Jason Anderson, from Dorset in England, began his art career working on restoration projects like York Minster, Gloucester and Wells cathedrals as part of a stained glass apprenticeship. These famous old cathedrals boast some of the world's most intricate and beautiful stained glass in the world, so it is no surprise that his paintings take some inspiration from their kaleidoscope of colors and shapes.
