The goal of this article is to prepare you for the basic knowledge you'll need to know to be successful and possibly more readied than the average Army recruit arriving to Basic Combat Training (BCT).

So this is what I call my "Before Basic Training" workout. I do it 5-6 X's a week for best results so I'm not out of shape when I get to BCT. You can add more things to this workout if you please.  Always stretch before and after workout. Drink lots of water. I usually drink 1 gallon of water a day. Best of luck!!!
