2-3 TBS Brown Sugar (SEE NOTES) 2 TBS Cumin 1 ½ - 2 TBS Kosher Salt - to taste 1 TBS Smoked Paprika 1 TBS Ground Black Pepper 2 tsp Onion Powder 2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Cayenne Mix with fork or food processer. Store in airtight container. I am placing a marshmallow in the rub to keep it from clumping while stored.
