Being an empath is hard

🙋‍♀️ I once had a toxic, gaslighting, narcissist for a friend. She actually called herself an empath. I think she was one of those people that her perception became her reality as if she said/thought something long enough...she actually would start to believe it. Those are the people that an empath has a hard time escaping but it is an absolute MUST.
