Vegan jiaozi (potsticker dumplings), capsicum with butter sauce, a few cocktail tomatoes; stir-fried broccoli and ham, glazed meatballs, napa cabbage and tangerine salad, and some cucumber slices and carrot cutouts as garnish. I still need to work on my preparation method for the glazed meatballs. The glaze should have a nice teriyaki shine to it, but that just didn't seem to happen this time around.
