Directions:
1. Dissolve a box of borax into your pot and bring to a boil. It’s black because I added some food coloring, but it didn’t work. I’m going to try a different kind this year. 
2. Remove from heat and add your object. Make sure they are fully submerged and leave for 24 hours. 
3. Use a tiny amount of hot water at the bottom of your pot to loosen your item. Then voila! 

These are still covered in crystals two years later. They’re starting to come off toward the back and oxidizing. They’re also very delicate, but if you take care of them you can keep them long term. Keep out of direct sunlight. Regardless the
