Nearly 60 years ago, writer Truman Capote held the 'party of the century' at the Plaza, as depicted in season two of Ryan Murphy's 'Feud.'

Mia Farrow, Frank Sinatra, Katharine Graham and Gloria Steinem were all there.

She and her sister caught the eye of a fashion photographer at 15. She later worked at Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue and became a fixture of New York society.
