EXERCISE NUMBER 1: Complex figures of ♾

👇🏼 STEPS:

1️⃣ Stand with your arms extended and feet ready to move.
2️⃣ Trace a Figure 8 with one arm and the opposite leg in one direction, while the other arm and leg trace a Figure 8 in the opposite direction.
3️⃣Start with arms alone, then legs, and combine once you’re comfortable with each movement individually.

EXERCISE NUMBER 2: Thumb & Finger Coordination 

STEPS: 
1️⃣ Hold both hands in front of you, fingers relaxed and spread.
2️⃣ Touch your right thumb to your left index finger.
3️⃣ Simultaneously, touch your left thumb to your left middle finger.
4️⃣ Move your thumbs to the next fingers (right thumb to left middle, left thumb to left ring)
