The Mexico Pavilion in Epcot is one of my favorite countries in the World Showcase for food and rides. This pavilion offers a fun, musical family-friendly boat ride called the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros. (Bonus: there's NO height requirement!) Plus - you have some food dining options here too, including the San Angel Inn Restaurante that sits inside the building, right next to the boat ride attraction.
