Another one of those shots that's been on my list for the past year where the opportunity to pull it off is hit or miss. Well this trip, we had a hit and were able to shoot with the place empty for a good 10 minutes. I have some other angles I'll post eventually but for me I always come back to the centered comp. The Mexico Pavilion in Epcot is one of my favorite countries in the World Showcase for food and rides. This pavilion offers a fun, musical family-friendly boat ride called the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros. (Bonus: there's NO height requirement!) Plus - you have some food dining options here too, including the San Angel Inn Restaurante that sits inside the building, right next to the boat ride attraction.
