  • • 3 teaspoons unflavored gelatin (Knox is the name brand but any brand is fine)
  • • 4 Tablespoons cold water
  • • 3 cups heavy whipping cream (40% is recommended)
  • • 1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • • ¾ teaspoon almond extract
  • • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • • 6 oz blueberries
  • • 12 oz raspberries
  • • 16 oz strawberries
  • • 6 oz blackberries
  • • ¾ cup of jam (see note on types)
