Haunted carnival party

The theme of the annual Family Halloween Party was Carnevil. Welcome to the Barnes Carnevil Circus! Part I focuses on décor.

Every year, on the eve of Halloween, we get together to celebrate the dead with an over-the-top Halloween CarnEvil. While the outside of our house gets transformed into a Cemetery for the entire month of October, on this special day, we convert our driveway into a CarnEvil and our walk out basement into a haunted house complete with projections of dancing ghosts and singing pumpkins. Four years ago, I volunteered to convert my son's elementary school cafeteria into a Zombie maze for their Halloween Carnival. With a small budget, some willing helpers to donate their time and talents, we were able to transform the cafeteria into a scary main event! It was a huge hit with the kids, teachers and parents.
