In the video I show 3 ways to prepare them. 1. Cooked: add 3 tbsp rolled oats and 150 ml water, breast milk or milk*, bring to simmer and cook 3 minutes. 2. Soaked & Cooked: Combine 3 tbsp rolled oats & 150 ml water, milk or breast milk and leave in the fridge overnight. Bring to simmer and cook 1 minute. 3. DIY Instant Oats: Toast any amount of rolled oats in a non stick pan for a few minutes until a nice, nutty flavour develops. Let it cool down before transferring to blender. Blend on high speed. Transfer to airtight container.
