The Workout:

5 rounds of 

• 15 deadlifts 
• 20 swings 
• 15 sumo deadlift high pulls 
• 10 curl to press 

She’s using multiple weights. 32 kg for deadlifts and 14 kg for the others. Beginners try 8-12 kg.
