Standing Kickbacks for ↪️ Kneeling Kickbacks 
(Much easier for lower back) 
Split Squats for ↪️ Step Ups 
Smith Hip Thrust for ↪️ Single Leg Hip Thrusts 
Reverse Hypers for ↪️ Frog Pumps (Seriously 🔥) 
Hack Squats for ↪️ Landmine DL (Really liked these!!)
SM Frog Kicks for ↪️ Donkey Kicks

It’s the beauty of fitness, no goal is right or wrong. 

I’ve been enjoying more up-tempo movements mixed with weights and outdoor walks lately. 
Switched my focus from volume to definition. I just tend to feel better/healthier/stronger like that. 

Here’s a fun 4 superset workout to work up a sweat with 💦 

- Toe Tap Crunches 15 reps 
- Straight into: Alternating oblique toe taps 15 reps/side 
- Rest 45 sec 


- KB Goblet Squats into RDL 12 reps 
- Straight into: KB Squats 20 reps 
- Rest 45sec 

- Gorilla Rows 12reps/side 
- Straight into Reverse Lunge to Shoulder Press 10reps/Side 
- Rest 45sec

There’s no such thing as a dumb or useless exercise. Every single MOVE is great. Stepping out of your bed in the morning is great! 

There’s more or less effective exercise, yes - but one doesn’t have to exclude the other. When I show you a ’glute isolating exercise’ it’s not gonna be as effective as a squat because the whole point is to not involve your quads. Of course you can push more weight in a squads where your whole lower body is involved compared to a kickback where you only use your one glute lol!
