A friend asked me to make this for her as she received a mixer for Christmas. I used this free pattern sewing.about.com/library/weekly/aa011801b.htm I added a little pull tab/loop at the top of the cover, lined the cover, and added side pockets to fit the attachments. I also added an extra, extra wide bias tape strip at the bottom in order to make it an inch longer. I would definitely add another inch or two to the length of the cover if I were to make it again.
