A mosaic artwork depicting a city skyline at sunset. The city is full of skyscrapers and buildings illuminated by the warm glow of the setting sun. A river runs through the foreground, reflecting the colors of the sky and the cityscape. The sun, represented by a large circle of mosaic tiles, hangs in the sky above the city. The artwork is made up of small, colorful tiles, giving it a textured and vibrant look.

Bigger, badder, bluer! A larger version of my earlier City at Night mosaic, recently completed for the 2011 Shadow Art Fair in Ypsilanti, Michigan. This one features "foreground" buildings hidden in the groutline and a millefiori beacon light on top of the far right building. One of the stars is also extra tiny and therefore extra cute. 8"x8" stained glass, mirror, & millefiori on plywood, grouted in medium grey.
