The one day that everyone dislikes. MONDAY! It is so important to start your week strong so that you can finish it stronger. I have noticed that when I don't workout on Monday, I tend to miss Tuesday too, then jump on the wagon by Wednesday. Get Thursday done, then start making excuses by Friday.
