a woman taking a photo with an old camera

What happens when you get a bunch of photographers together from all over the world? We make bloody epic memories 🫶🏻 Those memories captured thanks to @surfolkau 📸🧡 My editing style is definitely influenced by retro film and the colours and warmth that come through a developed image. There’s something about the grain and the soft shadows that feel so nostalgic. Having access to film is so easy today with epic companies like @surfolkau bringing back vintage vibes at an affordable price…

Morning vibes - I’m going to try to post more curated photo series and less street photography. While I love doing street work as an exercise and really enjoy some of the imagery I produce, It’s not exactly what I would like my “brand” to look like. Overall my goal is to hone a style of quiet moments that feel nostalgic and somewhat romantic. The dream is to get back to traveling more and be able to capture the everyday quietness of life, homes and people. - I’ll still do street photography…

several film strips with people walking on the beach in the background and blurry image

I have a confession to make: I fast forwarded through the first two years of my son's life, and now I find myself filled with regret. Back when I first brought each of my boys home, I reveled in the snuggle time, the feeding time, the diaper changing, the cooing, the kissing and more. Then, reality hit me in the face like a big fat spatula and suddenly I was flipping exhausted and desperate to pass the time.
