We are all so busy during the week between work and family that I always try to carve out time on a weekend morning to go for a walk with my long time friend Sharon! We covet our quiet time together to let our guards down from the demands of business to catch up on our families and just be free to enjoy a nice walk in the woods! Alice was unexpectedly home today after she woke up feverish so this was a last minute art activity for us. I was thinking of doing paper stencils but I had some of these spiky oak leaves sitting on the side and it occurred to me... Why not use the real deal?! They are stuck with mounting spray which is repositionable - in fact, Charlotte wanted to do one later so I stuck one of the used leaves down for her and it worked a treat!
