Adrienne Wilson on Instagram: "Red Velvet Waffles  2 cups flour  1/4 cup sugar  1 tbs + 1 tsp baking powder  2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder  1/2 tsp salt  1 3/4 cup buttermilk  1/3 cup butter, melted & cooled  2 large eggs  2 tsp vanilla extract  2 tbs red food coloring  2 tbs olive oil  1/3 cup chocolate chips, optional   Glaze:  4 oz softened cream cheese 4 tbs softened butter 1.5 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract  1/2 cup heavy cream    💓To a bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, & salt. Whisk to remove any lumps.  💓To a separate bowl add buttermilk, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, red food coloring, & olive oil. Mix well.  💓Pour wet batter into flour & mix to combine. Add chocolate chips if desired.
