In November, Ben's school's PTA ran their first school gala (Kiwi for fete) in 10 years. Using glue, a picture frame and a map I already had, the entire project cost only $3.00! Definitely within the party planning budget. I purchased the construction paper, letters, and foam board at the .99 cent store. Super easy and inexpensive.
