(Progress to increasing the height of the box)

Progression 4 ➡️ Supported pistol squats on a box, with pause in the bottom position. 
(Progress by lifting leg higher and less assistance)

Progression 5 ➡️ Heel elevated pistol, will help with anyone that lacks ankle mobility.
