Lately I’ve been racing on through life without pausing - without breathing - without taking care of myself which inevitably resulted in another low period. 🏎️ 🪫 🌪️ So I need to dedicate some time and energy to recharge my soul and be happy again. 🫧🌻⚡️🌈 here are 10 types of self care which I need a lot more of 🧺💓❤️ also want to add spending time with my besties to that list - need a lot more of that too. I will be fine btw! Just needed to remind myself it’s time to take a break. 🌚

Life update 🌷🕯️ Taking life slow and letting things flow. Resting in my softness and moving with grace, finding strength in ….just being I guess you could say. Working on getting into a schedule(trust me I haven’t made a 7am wake up yet but I will!) 😭 Spending time with family, staying consistent in all things, spending more time with God, and practicing gratitude. 🌷 Here’s to embracing this journey with a calm heart and a little extra love for myself every day🤍

Self care isn’t selfish 🫶❤️ I used to spend a lot of time with friends at school, work, and in my personal life. But lately, I’ve come to appreciate my own company more. Even when I travel, I feel content just being with myself. It’s not that I don’t enjoy socializing, but I believe everyone needs some ‘me time’ to relax and recharge. #selfcare #owntime
