That cramping can be brutal - it’s like a big knot or Charlie Horse. What on earth?!? 🤷‍♀️ 

➡️ Cramping is your body’s way of protecting your muscles from ripping and tearing. If they sense that they’re being asked to do more than they’re capable of, they’ll lock it all down. Pretty remarkable, really. (And btw, it rarely has to do with electrolyte imbalance - unless you’re EXTREMELY dehydrated. So don’t just go eat a banana and think your hamstrings will stop cramping 😉)
