🔸 Perform each exercise of each circuit as a superset (no rest between exercises) and take 30 seconds off after each round.

CIRCUIT 1: BACK
3 sets x 10 reps each exercise:
1. Back Fly
2. Single Arm Row (both sides)

➡️ After completing 1 set, take 30 seconds off and repeat the circuit x2.

CIRCUIT 2: CHEST
3 sets x 10 reps:
1. Chest Press
2. Kneeling (or standing) Chest Flys

CIRCUIT 3: SHOULDERS
3 sets x 10 reps:
1. Arnold Press
2. Lateral Raise (seated or standing)

CIRCUIT 4: BICEPS
3 sets x 10 reps:
1. Single Arm Hammer Curls - 10 reps each side
2. Bicep Curls

CIRCUIT 5: TRICEPS
3 sets x 10 reps:
1. Alternating Tricep Kickbacks
2. Bench Dips
