Thangka painting of Krodha Kali wrathful form of Vajravarahi / Vajrayogini. Adorned with a tiara of five skulls, bone earrings, ornaments and a necklace of freshly severed heads, draped across the shoulders she wears a frightful human skin. Standing on the left leg in a posture of dance atop a corpse, sun disc and lotus blossom, she is completely surrounded by the orange-red flames of pristine awareness. Negative karma earns a sort of "compound interest" that rapidly accumulates if you don't purify daily — not just ordinary interest, but usury levels a loan

The Shurangama Mantra is a long and old mantra of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Buddhism. Although relatively unknown in modern Tibet, there are several texts of the Shurangama Mantra in the Vajrayana Buddhist canon. It is related to the Tangmi and Shingon schools. The word “Suramgama” is translated as “Great Samantha Firmly”. It means Buddha nature, the inherent true nature of all sentient beings that all Buddhist schools refer to. #Buddhism #BuddhistMantra Buddha, Buddhist, Sutra, Dharma, Buddhist Traditions, Bhikkhu, Vajra, Buddhist Mantra, Guanyin

A Thangka painting featuring Chakrasambhara, the wrathful deity in Vajrayana Buddhism, portrayed with intricate details and vivid colors. Chakrasambhara is depicted in a dynamic stance amidst flames, wielding symbolic items like the vajra and bell. This depiction captures the deity's formidable presence, symbolizing the transmutation of worldly passions into enlightened wisdom. Rich in detail and color, the painting invites contemplation and reverence for its spiritual significance. Chakrasambhara, a principal deity in Vajrayana Buddhism, embodies the union of wisdom and compassion. Revered for his role in the Highest Yoga Tantra practices, Chakrasambhara represents the ultimate realization of non-duality, where all dualities dissolve into pure awareness. Through his practices, practitioners aim to transcend conceptual limitations and directly experience the inseparability of wisdom and compassion, ultimately attaining enlightenment. #Chakrasambhara #buddhistart…
