I used a paper crimper to add some dimensions to the hearts, but these would have looked cute without doing the extra step. I added some cream twine bows to some of the stems, but I wasn’t sure if I liked it with the bows or plain. I still hadn’t decided when I arranged the stems in the flower box - and once done, I kind of liked the look of some with and some without
