In 1966 Annapolis was very much a working town... It wasn't yet a mecca for tourists and recreational boaters... The City Dock back then didn't have much to be egotistical about... Instead of fancy yachts, it was home to working crab and oyster boats... hardly a pleasure boat to be seen...
