FLIP YOUR GRIP! A continuation of my previous 2 posts Warm up: DONT SKIP THE WARM UP GUYS 1. Chandra Namaskar 2. Yoga Sequence: King Pigeon Warm up 1 & 2 should take about an hour. YES an hour. Don't be all skippin and cheating Tips: You need very open pecs & shoulders to flip the grip, so if this sequence doesn't help you flip, you need to work on opening those areas (hence warm up) ❤ 1.
