This hat was inspired by Alice In Wonderland's Queen of Hearts. The fabric is red with black velvety polka dots. The hatband "crown" is a sparkly gold with red gems. Sheer black ribbon ties around the head and into a bow on back of neck for a secure fit. Please see the last picture for an example of fasteners on the bottom of the hat. Hat measures approx. 4"x6". *I also take custom orders for mini top hats.
