Yes you can serve it on a plate or a dish too but I like it on a board 😅. Ingredients: • 1 burrata ball or 2. • 2 tbsp honey. • 1 tbsp chopped calabrian chiles. • basil leaves to taste. • olive oil to taste. • flaky sea salt (generously). • toasted pine nuts. •black pepper. Directions: • 1.- place parchment paper on your board. 2.-cut open your burrata and spread all that straciatella goodness. • 3.- combine the honey & calabrian chiles. • 4.- swirl the hot honey over the straciatella & drizzle olive oil. • 5.- add flaky sea salt, black pepper, pine nuts & basil.

Difficulty: Easy INGREDIENTS • 1 cup sliced baby tomatoes • 6 baby cucumbers, or 1 large English cucumber (chopped) • 1/2 lemon (juiced) • 2 Tablespoons olive oil • 1 teaspoon vinegar • 1 teaspoon dried mint • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • For the whipped feta • 8 oz feta • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt • lemon zest • 1/2 lemon squeeze • INSTRUCTIONS • In a large bowl, add the sliced tomatoes and cucumber lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, mint, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine. • In the bowl of a food processor, add the feta, yogurt, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Ingredients: • 1 cup labneh. • pomegranate seeds. • za’atar. • chives. • toasted pinenuts. • high quality olive oil. • dried mint (go light). • flaky salt (generous with it). •lemon zest. Directions: • 1.- spread a touch of labneh on the board and top with parchment paper. • 2.- swirl the labneh all over the board, drizzle olive oil, add the lemon zest & za’atar/mint. • 3.- top with pinenuts, chives and pom seeds. • 4.- enjoy with pita.
