Dark Chocolate Chia Coconut Protein Balls shared by becks_tonesitup. 1/2 cup chocolate Perfect Fit Protein, 2 tbsp chunky peanut butter, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp cacao powder, tsp chia seeds, and a handful of carob chips. Mix all of the ingredients together, form into balls, then top with shredded coconut! Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

If you are into chia seeds for energy, I just made them w/chia seeds and used Frontier Almond Flavoring from Whole Foods in lieu of the vanilla. Amazing - huge hit at the office.
