A Tebow workout: stairs, lots of stairs. #1 Warm up - walk up and down 90 steps x2. Walking lunges up 90 steps. #2 First, make an entire loop through the stadium, should take 15 to 25min. Rest for 3 minutes. Sprint up 30 steps as fast as you can, walk back down, and repeat for a total of 5 sets. Easy? Right?!
