Details of the sculpting in wax and the bronze making of the Max the miracle dog statue by sculptor Kirsty Armstrong. The bronze was moulded and cast by Aron McCartney of the Mc@rt Studios, Barnard Castle. The finished statue is mounted on a Honister slate bench and is sited in Hope park, Keswick; in the heart of the English Lake district.

The project was publicly funded and the statue is now sited in Hope park, Keswick, in the heart of the English Lake District.
