The Queen's Gallery at Buckingham Palace is an 1853 portrait - entitled Evening at Balmoral Castle: The Stags Brought Home - by Carl Haag showing a masculine and virile young Albert, accompanied by famous royal ghillie John Brown, throwing two dead stags at his admiring wife's feet. Organisers say there is evidence that several teeth from these particular deer actually ended up in some of the jewellery so adored by the legendary royal.
