Stop focusing on what you don't want (i.e., go ahead! ' fuck this shit'). Instead, recognize your bad mood and re-focus in a 'general' way re what you DO feel grateful for/want. When you feel out of sorts, let yourself be where you are. Lighten up abt it. Then see/do Things to Lift Your Vibration. Only when you lift your mood should you get 'specific' abt what you want in your life. Hold that feeling: 67 seconds.
