Chicken Lasagna Alfredo. I added zucchini, butternut squash, 1/4 yellow onion, and a can of sliced mushrooms to the spinach ricotta mix. Ps- you can almost always substitute ricotta for cottage cheese (so much cheaper). Use the size adjuster on the page because it makes a lot, I froze 1 and baked 1 :) could use cauliflower Alfredo instead of jarred Alfredo sauce.
