Whole Wheat Tortillas: - 2 cups whole wheat flor - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 2 tbs olive oil - 1/2 cup warm water > Combine all dry ingredients. Add oil and stir well until combined. Add in warm water a few tbs at a time, until the dough can be gathered into a ball. Knead dough by hand for about 10-15'. Cover and let rest for 15'. Divide dough into 10 balls. Roll each ball to form a circle. Cook each tortilla over medium-high heat for 1'.
