Therefore when you are worried don't think in terms of what you don't have but on terms of what you want to achieve. If you are unhappy (even though is difficult) try to avoid thoughts like: "My life sucks" "I feel miserable". All you do is attract more of the same. You know that by saying those things life hasn't got any better, so try this for a change :) Think "Life gets easier every day" "All is well in my world"
