Τα Γιουβαρλάκια είναι κεφτεδάκια με κιμά και ρύζι και σάλτσα αυγολέμονο. Γίνονται με μοσχαρίσιο, χοιρινό, ανάμεικτο ή κιμά κοτόπουλου ή γαλοπούλας για μια πιο υγιεινή επιλογή. Σε αυτή την παραλλαγή έφτιαξα ένα μιρεπουά όπου έβρασαν τα γιουβαρλάκια και μετά έβαλα και το αυγολέμονο.
