Real life trumps blog life (or Pinterest life, or Instagram life, or whatever your thing may be). Having friends that can be real with you is a gift — we need to give grace to other moms. But, most especially, to ourselves. Having every surface cleared or perfectly clean kitchen floors matters way more to me than anyone I invite over to our house.
