Mad Over Food on Instagram: "Eid Mubarak to everyone celebrating 🌙 Try this chilled and super easy dessert recipe 🥰. 1. Boil 500ml milk. Once it comes to boil, add 1/4 cup sugar. Mix 50ml room temperature milk with 2 tbsp custard. Add this to the boiling milk and whisk continuously until smooth. Boil for 3-4 mins and let it cool completely. 2. Mix 50ml fresh cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 1/4 cup condensed milk and whisk well. 3. Trim off edges from bread slices. Place two layers on a dish and cover with custard mixture. Place another layer of bread slices and cover with custard mixture. 4. Spread the cream mixture on top. Garnish with crushed dried rose petals and chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and enjoy!
