If you can read aloud and pronounce all the words in this story/poem, you are more skilled at spoken English than 90% of those who speak it. People with hearing loss have even more barriers to achieving this fluency, so if ever you run into a Deaf person who only expresses themselves in signed language and not vocal language, like spoken English, consider how difficult the language is for those who can hear it let alone so cannot.
