DIY Knot Bows: 1- Cut out two pieces of fabric measuring 7 x 2 inches with a round corner. 2- Sew by hand or machine, along opposite sides leaving about 1 inch open. 3- Turn inside out 4- Create a knot (If you are planning to use hair ties, this is the time to add the hair tie before making the bow). 5. Attach to a hair clip, hair tie, or elastic to use as a headband.
