Putting the embodiment back into anatomy is a required part of dealing with the legacy of our objectified body that we have been passed down - to make the choice ourselves as to how we experience our embodiment and not leave it only to choices made long ago and by people other than ourselves - it is after all a way that we can access a large part of our intelligence and a path to discover who we are and what our purpose is.
