One of my cocktails of choice is the martini and when I go to a martini bar I love to check out the design of the bar itself. It's probably because I am an Interior Designer who digs, commercial design, but I always feel it should have a special ambiance and expect it for my martini experience. Today's post is a little history I've learned about the martini along with my opinion on designing a martini bar.
