✨75 HARD CHALLENGE RULES✨ • 𝔀𝓪𝓴𝓮 𝓾𝓹 𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓵𝔂 to pray, journal, meditate, & stretch before getting on your phone (doesn’t have to be 5am) • 𝓭𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓴 𝔀𝓪𝓽𝓮𝓻 (approximately 3.8 liters daily) • 𝓯𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀 𝓪 𝓭𝓲𝓮𝓽 𝓸𝓯 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓬𝓱𝓸𝓲𝓬𝓮 (no cheat days/meals, no alcohol, no eating past 7pm) • 𝔀𝓸𝓻𝓴𝓸𝓾𝓽 𝓽𝔀𝓲𝓬𝓮 𝓪 𝓭𝓪𝔂 (each workout should be at least 30 minutes each) • 𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓭𝓼 𝓫𝓸𝓸𝓴𝓼 (a minimum of 10 pages from a non-fictional book per day) • 𝓼𝓮𝓵𝓯-𝓬𝓪𝓻𝓮 (dedicate at least one day per week to really focus on self maintenance/care) •𝓹𝓻𝓸𝓰𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓼 (take a progress picture daily so you can look back & see the changes)
